Camposol Property Sales offer inspection trips for clients viewing properties exclusively with our company. There is no high-pressure selling during our trips and we will ensure that you get to see the best offers across the area of Murcia.

These inspection visits are offered for the sole purpose to clients that are ready and in a position to proceed with a purcahse should you find a suitable property.

How long should you stay?

Clients visit is for 3 days & 2 nights. If possible include 2 weekdays so that we can introduce you to local lawyers and banks if required.

Where will we be staying?

For clients on 2/3 day inspection trips and viewing properties exclusively with our company we can arrange airport transfers during office hours and accommodation in a local hotel.

What happens during an inspection visit?

We dedicate a member of staff to look after you throughout your visit. During your visit we will show you the best offers to suit your needs and budget, including resales, bank repossessions and developer special offers. Many of these properties and offers are exclusive to Camposol Property Sales and cannot be found with other agents.

We can to take you to meet independent reputable lawyers to discuss your purchase. The lawyers speak: Spanish, English, Dutch, German, French. We can assist with opening a bank account and can put you in touch with local banks to discuss mortgages if required. During the evenings you will be left to enjoy the wonderful micro-climate of the Mazarron Area. and have time to discuss your thoughts.

Is there anything I should do before the visit?

If you require a mortgage it is advised to get pre-approval before you visit. Contact us and we can put you in touch with the best local banks to deal with. Having pre-approval gives you confidence to reserve your ideal property during your visit knowing that the mortgage is approved.

How do I arrange my visit?

Contact us to discuss your requirements and arrange your visit. Before contacting us it is worth having a look at your diary and flight availability so that you have a good idea of when you can come over. Murcia international (RMU) is the best airport to use but Alicante is only an hour away.  Please do not book flights before confirming availability with us. 

What do I need to bring?

You will have your passports with you already. If you decide to reserve a property you can pay the deposit by credit/debit card or bank transfer. You don't need to bring anything else.

What if I want to meet other agents during my visit?

This is not a problem for us and we can still meet you to show you our properties, but we would not be able to offer accommodation or Airport transfers in this case.
